Every Lumenza product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What's covered
Faults in materials or workmanship under normal household use:
- Dead LEDs or drivers
- Failed switches and controls
- Charging faults
- Finishes that fail prematurely
What's not covered
Damage outside normal use:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Water damage to non-waterproof products
- Incorrect installation (including mains fittings not installed by a licensed electrician)
- Modified products
