Free shipping over $50, tracked every step, and returns without the runaround.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50, with a flat rate below that, calculated at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels — you'll get tracking for each.
Returns
Change of mind: return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided it's unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost.
Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll provide a replacement or full refund, including return postage. Photos help us sort it quickly.

LED strips that have been cut or adhered, and any product that has been hardwired or installed, can't be returned for change of mind. This never affects your rights for faulty items. Full details — including your Australian Consumer Law rights — are in our Refund Policy.
